Mclaren wins off the track

Whilst on the track, McLaren’s year just seemed to keep getting worse. Every glimmer of hope or claim of a breakthrough was followed with a crash back down to reality, or more often a stutter.

However off the track, in the other half of their incredible factory, things were going rather nicely. After a strong 2014 in sales, of their ridiculously fast super cars, they managed to repeat the performance in 2015, beating last years record. They only beat that record by 6 cars, but the increase in demand for their cars has meant McLaren taking on 250 new employees to cope with the demand.

McLaren plans to expand further by adding two more body styles to their range by 2017, with the addition of the spyder and GT which they believe will then complete their range.
